It literally works exactly as described here. If you are locked in small cages 24/7 you will lose size unless / until you allow for weeks of nocturnal erections and or edging. I was 7 1/2 and now barely crack 5 inches after 10 months of near continuous wear. It would take at least a month out of the cage to return to 7. Documented facts. Personal experience.

Yes, you will have to carefully consider if you want hrt, but if you do end up regretting it, it’s on you. (At least in my area) there’s a pamphlet of what hrt will and will not do, and then you have to be on hormones for a whole year before you can get bottom surgery. Not to mention hrt saves lives. Please stop listening to whatever right wing propaganda you’re listening to. You have no buisness in what other people decide to do to their bodies, I doubt you know what you’re talking about.
