On the gap issue, we actually have a few different spacer sizes for The Vice. Are you using the smallest one that came with your kit? If you are and you still have that issue, we do have an even smaller spacer available here for your convenience: https://lockedinlust.com/shop/model-z-spacers/

That usually helps tighten things up and prevent exactly what you described.

The space between the ring and the cage was to large I ended up with one ball in and one out, that doesn’t happens with the xd ring of the cobra.
I have had the cobra por almost two years and it hasn’t broke. The vice broke in 1 year. It is expensive as fuck though, you do have a more competitive price but over all y prefer de the cobra. To fix the problems you should make a thicker ring to close the gap and find a way to manufacture the cage in one piece.
