Yes, you will have to carefully consider if you want hrt, but if you do end up regretting it, it’s on you. (At least in my area) there’s a pamphlet of what hrt will and will not do, and then you have to be on hormones for a whole year before you can get bottom surgery. Not to mention hrt saves lives.
